Playbills Covers and Last Pages which are currently available for purchase are listed below.
- Deadline for advertisement submission is November 15.
- Artwork submission deadline is December 1. A generic "thank you" ad will be printed if artwork is not received.
- All ads are grayscale except for the back cover.
